When we have agreed the details verbally, I would
appreciate a letter of confirmation. You may find it convenient to print
off and fill in this Booking Form.
DATES:
-
For dates between September and February I am happy
to take bookings up to 18 months in advance.
-
For dates from March to August, however, I prefer
to keep my options open and will only take bookings 3 months ahead.

I am also willing to give talks at very short notice
to help people out of emergency situations.
CHARGES: My charges come in
3 parts:
-
a basic expenses element of £15;
-
a further 50p per person in the audience;
-
travelling expenses of 20p per mile for the round
trip.
DISTANCE: I prefer not to travel
more than about 100 miles from my home in Malvern (Worcestershire) but,
if you want me to go further, I might appreciate an offer of food and/or
accommodation!
EQUIPMENT: My own equipment
includes a projector, a crude projector stand, a mains extension
lead and a 5 ft screen. If you can supply a projector stand and/or a bigger
screen, I shall be delighted to use them!
EXTRAS: I like to supplement
most of my talks with a static display of photo albums, books, pictures,
maps, etc. To display these properly requires a couple of tables, say 12
ft in length, if possible. |
